WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

It takes 2–7 business days to create and ship apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping in the United States and 6-14 days for orders outside of the United States. Tracking numbers will be sent out when your orders ship.

OUR PRINTING PROCESS?

Your products have been created with the latest printing technology. All Inks are waterbased and eco-friendly. This gives each print a soft, comfortable feel. You may notice some discoloration or off white residue, but don't worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains, they will wash off after the first wash cycle.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please email our support team to resolve any issues with your order.  Email any supporting photos you may have to orders@physxpromotions.com to get your order resolved as soon as possible.
